Summary:  The scientific monograph THE DEVELOPMENT OF HANDBALL IN SERBIA shows all types of this sports game on the territory of today's Serbia, since the year 1920 to the present day: hazena handball, great handball, modern handball. Additionally, it presents the new forms of the game: beach handball and mini handball. The book includes the most important results of men's and women's clubs and national teams from major international competitions, as well as the most successful individuals: players, coaches and referees. In addition to the sports game, handball is presented in the monograph as a part of physical education and sports competitions in schools in Serbia.
