In the framework of doctoral studies in the field of physical education and sport, faculty is conceived program of study „ Eksperimentalne metode istraživanja humane lokomocije “, in which Motor skills, Biomechanics and Motor control items that are in-depth study and provide access to his doctoral dissertation.

Curriculum insists on training students for:
independent choice of research problems, retrieval, analysis of relevant literature pertaining to the selected problem;
self-creation and temporal dynamics of planning and implementation of the necessary stages of research;
self-presentation of research results (in the given form, the scientific paper, dissertation);
forming an objective critical attitude towards both the results of others, and the results of our own research.

The study program corresponds to the load of 180 credits. Studies of six semesters. Curriculum contains 4 mandatory and 8 elective subjects, an independent research and his doctoral dissertation. The value of the doctoral thesis, which should be independent research the student is 30 points, which enters the total number of points required for completion of doctoral studies. Doctoral Studies predict that a student 90 points provided through the subjects that are related to the topic of dissertation and thesis preparation. The number of points corresponding to the number of elective subjects is 60 credits, which corresponds to the percentage of eligibility factors 50%. Elective subjects are chosen from the list of elective subjects in consultation with the supervisor, according to research needs managed.

The last years of the study is intended only for research work and completion of a doctoral dissertation. Student is obliged, before the end of his doctoral dissertation in connection with doctoral thesis, revealed at least a scientific research paper in the Journal of International Importance (the list of Ministry of Science). The application process, making and defending a doctoral thesis is determined by the Rules on doctoral studies.
