Basic academic studies study program of Physical education and sport has a purpose: training teachers of physical education and sports, learning that the function of training for work in the field of physical education, acquire the necessary knowledge to work in sport (education specialist in sports), professional training in the field of recreation, training students for further education at a higher level of education, training students for teaching unit logic linking operational activities that will engage.

 The purpose of the study program is fully in line with the basic tasks and goals of the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education. Educational content that is taught in the study program in line with the general mission and goals of the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education in creating a modern, competent and independent experts in the field of physical education, sport and recreation, according to the needs of the community.
